Is Marvel Going For A Marvel This December?
“Spider-man: No Way Home” sounds like the name of a movie made for the superhero fanatics. It is the upcoming Spider-man threequel set to be released on December 17. However, the speculations that surround the movie don’t only make the movie a revolutionary project for the superhero genre, but for cinema itself. According to many different sources, Spider-man: No Way Home looks to do what no other project before it has ever done. It is set to reintroduce the main cast of previous “Spider-man” franchises. In the 2000s, Spider-man was made famous with Sam Raimi’s trilogy. Then in 2012, Marc Webb’s duology took the mantle of the superhero. The superhero was once again renewed for Captain America: Civil War in 2016. So far, Spider-man has appeared in five projects of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (two being standalone projects).
The production of “Spider-man: No Way Home” has so far announced many characters from all the different projects of the comic book hero. It was Alfred Molina—the villain of Spider-man 2 (2004)—who revealed his part of the new project in an interview with Variety. Molina stated, “When we were shooting it, we were all under orders not to talk about it because it was supposed to be some great big secret”. It is speculated that the movie will be featuring all three Spider-men (Tom Holland, Tobey Maguire, and Andrew Garfield) that have appeared on the big screen so far, making it the most promising project yet. In early May, Garfield denied that he had been asked to appear in the film, but later said: "never say never".
Really excited about this movie.
